Infrastructure for transportation that never stops.
FMobile develops and operates integrated mobility hubs for electric and autonomous fleets. Our first flagship is planned for the LAX market, combining charging, staging, vehicle turnaround, data and operations in one platform designed to scale into other major transportation markets.
Conceptual project and visuals; final site, capacity and operating specifications remain subject to diligence, utility availability and permitting.

The infrastructure model is already being proven at LAX.
FMobile is not asking capital providers to believe a new category will exist. Major operators and infrastructure companies are already demonstrating demand for purpose-built charging and fleet facilities around LAX. Our strategy is to build on those lessons and add a broader fleet-readiness operating layer.
LAXREV in Inglewood was built as a gated ridehail charging depot. The $6.132M project received a $2M CEC grant, and the final report said all 29 chargers had customer commitments.
Official CEC report →The RACER hub near LAX uses 150 kW and 400 kW fast charging with CCS and NACS, plus a public lounge, restrooms and Wi-Fi.
Official CEC report →Zeem says its LAX depot surpassed 350,000 charging sessions and 13.4 million kWh delivered, with every charging session contracted and scheduled in advance.
Zeem operating milestone →Independent RMI modeling of LAX fast-charging hubs found multiple ownership models capable of producing investment payback periods under ten years.

More than charging. A complete fleet-readiness platform.
Charging is essential, but fleet customers also care about one thing above all: vehicle uptime. FMobile is being designed to combine the physical infrastructure with the operating services that keep vehicles ready to generate revenue.
Secure the scarce assets first. Then operate the fleet layer.
The strongest competitors have shown that the scarce assets are strategic locations, utility capacity, customer commitments and operational execution. FMobile is being structured around those same fundamentals.
Control location & power
Secure strategically located industrial sites with realistic paths to multi-megawatt electrical capacity.
Contract fleet capacity
Prioritize anchor fleet commitments and minimum-volume relationships before major capital is deployed.
Operate the hub
Bundle charging, staging, cleaning, inspection and fleet-readiness workflows into a recurring service platform.
Replicate the network
Use operating data and customer relationships from LAX to expand into other airports, logistics hubs and dense mobility markets.

LAX is the proof point. The network is the company.
The first hub is intended to establish a repeatable operating model. From there, FMobile can expand into major airports, ports, logistics corridors and high-density urban markets while adding autonomous transportation, delivery and robotics as those markets mature.
Commercial Foundation
Charging, turnaround, staging and contracted fleet services create the initial operating base.
Network Expansion
Additional strategically powered hubs extend the platform into new mobility corridors.
Autonomous Upside
Cybercab, autonomous delivery and robotics become additional users of infrastructure rather than prerequisites for repayment.
